Troy Bayliss with few hopes to obtain the Superbike title Article
The Australian defender of the World Superbike title, Bayliss, feels dissatisfied despite of his two podium stands this weekend.
Bayliss achieved a second and third place, in the meantime, the Japan's Noriyuki Haga was the man of the moment dominating the sixth round at Monza winning both competitions.
The Ducati Australian driver accepted that it was very little what he could do to maintain the rhythm of the career and keep up close to the leaders.
Bayliss has obtained the last six titles in Monza, and feels barely happy to have obtained a place in the podium so far this year.
"Honestly, I am barely happy of to have been in the podium two times this weekend because the others knew that was going to be very hard". "Our motorcycle is exactly the same one of last year and we have managed to be almost faster seven-tenths.'' Bayliss said.
'' That was really good, but not to have swum but there wasn't much we could do, it was a great hard work the one that was done'', said Bayliss.
Bayliss recorded time was 8.403 seconds; Haga, on the other hand, won the opening before the lider of the Britain's championship James Toseland who remained in the second place.
After the competition, Haga has 194 points followed by Max Biaggi with 191 points, Baylisss remains in fourth place with 164 points, above Troy Corser with 135 points who failed to understand the lack of velocity of his motorcycle.
